Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times: Estimated delivery across the United States and Canada is 7–15 business days from the date your order ships. Your items ship directly from our supplier, which helps us keep prices fair and our products waste-free.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays that are outside our control.

Shipping costs:
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35 (U.S. & Canada)
- Orders under $35: a flat rate of $4.95, calculated automatically at checkout

Order tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us — we're happy to help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, but if you notice a mistake, message us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders: If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us. We'll work with you to track it down or make it right — and remember, every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Customs & import duties (Canada): Most orders arrive with no extra fees. In rare cases, Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by your local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Our story

PetNeat started with a simple, familiar truth: we love our pets completely — but loving them shouldn't mean giving up a clean, calm, comfortable home.

It began with the little frustrations every pet parent knows. Fur on every couch cushion and car seat. The lingering "doggy" smell no candle could cover. A nervous dog who couldn't seem to settle at night. We kept buying quick fixes that ran out, wore out, or never really worked — and we knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to build it: a small, carefully chosen range of pet essentials that actually solve the everyday problems of living with the animals we love.

What we believe

You shouldn't have to choose between sharing your home with your pets and keeping it clean, fresh, and welcoming. That belief guides everything we stock.

Every PetNeat product is chosen and tested against three things: it has to work in real homes with real pets, it has to be easy enough to reach for every day, and it has to last. If a product doesn't clear that bar, we don't sell it.

More than clean — comfortable, too

A happy home isn't just a tidy one. It's where your dog sleeps soundly, your cat feels safe, and the whole space smells fresh enough for guests to drop by unannounced.

That's why our range goes beyond cleanup — from tools that lift away pet hair, to gentle sprays that keep things fresh, to supportive beds that give aging joints a softer place to rest. Different products, one goal: a home that works for you and your pet.

We stand behind every order

We're a small team, and real people answer your messages — usually within a day. Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, we make it right. No long forms, no hard questions.

Thank you for letting PetNeat be part of your home.
