Our 30-Day Happy-Home Guarantee If you're not delighted with your PetNeat product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Condition Items should be in usable condition. For hygiene reasons, used grooming items may be eligible for refund without return at our discretion — we'll tell you whether a return is needed.
Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
