Order processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times Estimated delivery across the United States and Canada is 7–15 business days from the date your order ships. Your items ship directly from our supplier, which helps us keep prices fair and our products waste-free.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays that are outside our control.

Order tracking Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us — we're happy to help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, but if you notice a mistake, message us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us. We'll work with you to track it down or make it right — and remember, every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Customs & import duties (Canada) Most orders arrive with no extra fees. In rare cases, Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by your local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
