Return and refund policy
Our 30-Day Happy-Home Guarantee: If you're not delighted with your PetNeat product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return: Email support@thepetneat.com with your order number and the reason. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Condition: Items should be in usable condition. For hygiene reasons, used grooming items may be eligible for refund without return at our discretion — we'll tell you whether a return is needed.
Return shipping:
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
- For change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return shipping to the return address we provide by email.
Refund timing: Once approved (or once your return is received), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Non-returnable: Gift cards and final-sale items are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong item: Email a photo to support@thepetneat.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
