📋 Wholesale Terms & Requirements

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) To qualify for our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum initial opening order of $500. For reorders, the minimum order value is $250.

2. Pricing & MSRP Wholesale buyers will receive an authorized price sheet based on order volume. To maintain brand value and fairness across all retail channels, all partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MSRP) policy. Products may not be listed or discounted below our official MSRP without prior written approval.

3. Online Third-Party Platforms Please note that we strictly prohibit our wholesale partners from selling PetNeat products on third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, or Etsy. Wholesale distribution is approved for brick-and-mortar stores, independent boutique websites, or specialized catalogs only.

4. Shipping & Lead Times All wholesale orders are shipped from our fulfillment networks. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated and added to your final invoice. Standard order processing times are between 3 to 5 business days, with transit times depending on your location and chosen freight method.
