Does it work for both dog and cat hair? It does — effective on both short and long hair, across furniture, car seats, bedding, and clothing.

Do I ever have to buy refills? Never. Buy it once and use it for years. There's no tape, no batteries, and no refills — just empty the chamber and keep rolling.

How do I clean it? Roll backward to empty the collected hair into the chamber, then open the chamber and tip it into the bin. That's it — no washing required.

Will it scratch or damage my furniture? No. It's designed to be gentle on sofas, bedding, car seats, and clothing while still lifting away hair.

Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across the U.S. and Canada typically takes 7–15 business days, and every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a small flat rate calculated at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you don't see it within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order is on its way, we're not able to change it — but our 30-day guarantee still has you covered.
